The experiential coffee partner Ferrari, Madewell, and OKLO trust in Jackson Hole.
LUKA is an experiential coffee partner based in Jackson Hole. We design and execute coffee programs for brand activations, agency-produced events, and private moments where the details matter. Past programs include work with Ferrari, OKLO, Madewell, and Aman, along with private foundations and select Jackson Hole hosts. What we do isn't a coffee cart, and it isn't catering. It's a custom-built coffee program — equipment, baristas, menu, presentation, and pace — designed to fit the brand, the venue, and the guest experience the producer is building. How we work: Half-day, full-day, and multi-day programs. Sized to match guest count, format, and production scope. Custom menus. Espresso, pour-over, signature builds, and brand-collaborative drinks developed for the activation. On-site execution. Trained baristas, full equipment build-out, branded touches, and a single point of contact from scoping to breakdown. Mountain West coverage. Jackson Hole as home base, with programs delivered across the region. Who we work with: Brand teams, experiential agencies, DMCs, luxury rental managers, ranch venues, and private hosts producing programs at a serious level. By inquiry only. Programs typically begin at $8,000.
LUKA operates to the standards expected by the brand and agency partners we work with. Licensed and insured. Wyoming business license, food handler certifications, and $2M general liability coverage. COIs issued to producers and venues on request. Certified team. All LUKA baristas complete food safety training before their first program. Lead baristas hold current food handler manager credentials. Equipment standards. Commercial-grade espresso, brewing, and water filtration equipment, maintained on a documented service schedule. On-program protocols. Sanitization between guests, single-use compostables for serviceware, sealed dairy handling, and temperature-controlled product storage throughout the program. Allergen-aware menus. Dairy-free, sugar-free, and alternative-milk options on every program. Ingredient disclosure provided in every proposal.
Sustainability Commitment Coffee has a long supply chain. We've tightened ours to match the values of the brands we work with. Specialty-grade, traceable beans. We source from roasters with direct-trade relationships and verifiable origin documentation. Coffees served at LUKA programs are traceable to the farm or co-op level. Regional roaster partnerships. Our standard roast partners are based in the Mountain West, reducing shipping emissions and supporting the regional specialty coffee economy. Compostable serviceware. Cups, lids, sleeves, stirrers, and napkins are commercially compostable as standard. Reusable ceramic and glass service available for venues that can support it. Zero single-use plastic on program. No plastic stirrers, no plastic-lined cups in our standard build, no individual dairy creamers. Milk and dairy. Organic dairy from regional producers. Coffee grounds are composted post-program when venue infrastructure allows.
