Full-service corporate AV & event production in Atlanta — audio, video, lighting, LED walls, live streaming & drone cinematography, backed by 22+ years of broadcast and film experience with credits including Netflix, BBC, Nike, and Delta.
Max Audio Visual Production is a full-service corporate event and AV production company based in metro Atlanta, serving the Southeast. We provide end-to-end audio visual solutions for corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, galas, town halls, trade shows, and hybrid/virtual events. Our services include audio engineering, LED walls and projection, stage lighting and design, live event video production, multi-camera switching, live streaming and webcasting, event photography, and FAA Part 107 certified drone cinematography. What sets us apart is craft: our team brings 22+ years of combined experience in broadcast, film, and live production, with credits spanning Netflix, BBC, Nike, Delta, and Discovery. Rather than a single-discipline AV vendor, we own the entire production stack audio, video, lighting, staging, and content delivered by one accountable team, so nothing falls between the gaps. From single-room executive meetings to multi-day conferences, Max Audio Visual Production delivers reliable technology, experienced technicians, and flawless show execution so your event runs exactly as planned, every time.
Max Audio Visual Production follows industry-standard safety protocols on every event, including proper rigging and load-rating for all suspended equipment (LED walls, truss, lighting), cable management and pathway safety to prevent trip hazards, and certified operation of all drone cinematography under FAA Part 107 regulations. All equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to manufacturer specifications. Our crew is trained in venue-specific safety requirements and coordinates directly with venue safety/fire marshals on load-in and load-out. We carry general liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance (COI) for venues requiring them. Electrical distribution follows proper grounding and circuit-load practices to prevent overloads. Our production leads perform pre-event risk walkthroughs to identify and mitigate hazards before doors open.
