Whomever recommended Merestone based in AZ, THANK YOU sincerely. They were amazing to work with especially with Encore as the “competition.” They also travel where you need them to. 100% worth the booking.

Hey all! Are any AV companies heading to SXSW this year who may have the capacity to take on a 5 hour outdoor event with general lighting and either an LED wall and/or projector on the backside of a small stage? Also open to suggestions of a relatively local company who may be able to support the ask.

Hi Everyone! Does anyone have any recommendations for a full service AV company based in Phoenix, AZ? I am trying to find an alternative to Encore.

What virtual event platform do you all use? Has anyone ever used Goldcast? I am looking to host a half day virtual user conference in the spring. Whatever we pick must have multi track capabilities and a sponsor showcase area. We currently use Demio for webinars (very simple tool) and tried AirMeet (hated it).
