The Riley Building is located in the historic Warehouse District in downtown Austin. We are conveniently situated near a variety of nightlife and hotel accommodations. Our venue is known for hosting weddings, special events, photoshoots, and large scale activations during SXSW. The design is a blank canvas space within a sleek, architectural and industrial building. Whether your style is polished and minimalistic or rich and embellished, our interiors and matte black accents are perfect for complete customization to fit your vision and taste.

For events at The Riley Building, we ask that your vendors are licensed, insured, and certified. We also kindly ask that vendors schedule drop-off and pick-up on the same day or night of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon with management. You’re also welcome to connect with our recommended vendors listed in our Venue Guide. Caterers must be full service.
