Transportation
While street parking is available, it is a challenge to find parking after 5 P.M. We highly recommend opting for an alternative mode of transportation, such as MUNI, taxi, or rideshare for the most convenient and comfortable arrival.
Cancellations
We can reschedule a booked reservation 72 hours prior to the start of service. If you need to cancel, please let us know 72 hours in advance to the start of service for a full refund. No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the day of booking, but you can transfer your tickets to others. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made to our cancellation policy.
