The Prytania is one of New Orleans’ premier party and get-together venues! Looking for a place to hold your your private event, host a private screening, or just throw a party? We’re the place for you! In addition to the auditorium, you also get the theatre staffed by our employees so partygoers can get popcorn, snacks, soda, and coffee. We can cater to your private screening, corporate event, fundraiser, special party or whatever you can dream up! What can you show? Movies- of course- or anything that you have on Blu-Ray, DVD or on your computer, including power points, slide shows or streaming videos from the internet. If you’re showing a film, there are different rules and related charges that apply if you’re selling tickets or having a free private screening. We can walk you through the process.
