The Wilson Center does not provide catering services. Clients must arrange for catering, servers, and service ware.For headcounts of 75+, we require using one of our approved full-service licensed caterers, including servers/staff to manage catering trash. Our onsite kitchen is for prep only. Per our liquor license, all alcohol service must go through the Wilson Center bar and bartenders.

Occupancy: Monday-Saturday: Clients may enter after 9:00 AM as agreed upon. Sunday: Clients may enter after 12:30 PM as agreed upon. Regardless of the day, our facility must be clear by midnight. Please note that community music and art lessons may take place during your rental. Meetings and tours are by appointment only.
Permits and Insurance
An approved Mitchell Park Permits is required for all events held outdoors. Outdoor music must end at 10:00 PM.
Discounts for Nonprofits
15% discount on room rental for clients that provide a valid tax-exempt certificate.
