The oldest standing industrial building in Utah, the venue originated in the 1850s as a gristmill to save the surrounding community from famine. The understated, creamy brick exterior touts a serene simplicity that is ideal for any gathering backdrop. Eight acres of verdant grass lawns unfold around the mill, sprinkled with lush trees, natural shrubs, and a few eye-catching peacocks. Invite guests to an elegant outdoor reception on the lawn, or take to the unique stone amphitheater for a ceremony tinged with the allure of yesteryear. Inside the mill, varnished wood ceilings and floors add warmth to the unadorned, peaceful facilities, as light gushes in through the ample windows. Furthermore, guests may depart with unforgettable memories of enjoying the unique birds provided by Tracy Aviary. With versatile offerings, the Chase Mill caters toward a picturesque wedding enshrined in all the luster of the past and is certain to lend wings to your love for centuries to come. The Chase Mill has three levels and can seat up to 80 on our main floor, 50 on the top floor, and 50 on the bottom floor. For outdoor events, we can seat up to 170 on the Chase Mill lawn. We have an open vendor policy. You are welcome to work with the caterer of your choice.
