Dolina Bakery & Cafe

When a friend of mine C.C. Culver approached me about possibly using her farm land to grow produce for Dolina, I couldn’t be more excited. This magical place is located just an hour away from the restaurant, and it’s the best place to escape to when I’m in need of some fresh air and peace. Getting my hands dirty with Roberto and Alan became my weekly ritual that feeds my soul. Their hard work enables Dolina to provide fresh, local, sustainable and organic produce. Lettuce greens, tomatoes, herbs, carrots, onions, radishes, peppers, etc All of it is organic and all of it is grown with respect for the land, water, labor, and the future generations they will serve.
