We support local vendors who are either growing or producing in the proximity of DC like Gordy's Pickles, Pops Buns, and Meatcrafters. Our wine list is 100% organic, biodynamic, or regenerative. Our take-out packaging is about 90% plastic free. We never serve produce that's out of season! Sustainable ingredients just taste better!
