Let's go back in time to 2011, when it all started. Two groups of friends dedicated to the restaurant industry sat on both sides of the table and wondered why they should compete against each other on the same playing field. From this moment everything finally started. The then wise heads were put together and finally the groups were combined. The goal of this new group was to create a completely new cocktail culture in Finland and raise the Nordic countries to the awareness of the rest of the world. Then something new was really born in this country. Sillo was born Son of a Punch.
