Chefs Luana Sabino and Eduardo Nava Ortiz bring to São Paulo a unique experience, the METZI restaurant: the union of Mexican cuisine with traditional Brazilian ingredients. A Brazilian who has been to renowned restaurants in São Paulo, such as Arturito, Tuju, among others. And a Mexican, with 10 years of experience, born in the gastronomic capital of Mexico, Oaxaca. Both found in gastronomy the passion to provide emotions, having sustainability as a great pillar. In addition to valuing local Brazilian ingredients, respecting their seasonality.
