In the farmlands of Southern Missouri, we discovered a century-old barn waiting for a second life. We carefully transported that barn piece-by-piece to New York City. Now it’s home to a community of innovators and entrepreneurs. The Farm was built by hand (literally, by our own hands) and crafted with a love for nature and organic design. We are using the EvaClean Infection Prevention and Control Program. These revolutionary disinfecting tablets are 99.9% effective, dissolve in water, ultra-lightweight. TABS are effervescent disinfecting & sanitizing tablets that deliver high performance without harsh chemicals. In addition to TABS, we use Prot Electrostatic Sprayers. These sprayers have demonstrated effectiveness against viruses similar to COVID-19 on hard, nonporous surfaces. PRS technology uses the electrostatic process to atomize the cleaning product with high pressurized air, that seeks out and wraps around all touchpoints and grounded room surfaces.

The Farm SoHo is located at 447 Broadway, 2nd & 3rd Floor, just a half-block south of Grand Street. Easily reached by the N, Q, R, W, 6, A, C, E, 1, J, Z lines at Canal Street and a short distance from the B, D, F, M lines at Broadway-Lafayette and Grand Street. There is an intercom buzzer on the right side of the entrance when you arrived. Please buzz the 2nd Floor. After you are let in, please go to the 2nd floor where The Farm staff will be there to assist you.

Permits and Insurance
You are required to purchase event insurance, a copy of which must be provided to The Farm SoHo at least one day prior to the event. Failure to provide proof of coverage will result in cancelation of the event, and you will not be entitled to any reimbursement or other remedy. We suggest obtaining a policy through Event Helper (https:// www.theeventhelper.com) or from your insurance broker.
