The Museum of Tolerance is designed to engage visitors in experiential exhibits that promote dialogue about personal responsibility and social justice in both historical and contemporary contexts. Since 1993, the Museum of Tolerance has welcomed over four million visitors from around the world including world famous celebrities and international dignitaries such as President George W. Bush, Senator Diane Feinstein, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, King Hussein of Jordan, three Prime Ministers of Israel, UNESCO Director General Koichiro Matsuura and His Holiness the Dalai Lama. The Museum of Tolerance does not host fundraising events or events of a personal nature (i.e. weddings, bar/bat-mitzvahs, proms, etc).
