Block 41

Block 41 is a repurposed 1920's ice warehouse offering two fully equipped prep kitchens, ADA accessible restrooms, and an elegant green room complete with shower, vanity and soft seating. Three interior spaces on two levels, a lobby with an impressive chandelier and a lovely, private outdoor courtyard can be rented individually or combined to accommodate from 100 to 721 guests. The ballroom can accommodate up to 350 seated guests. EWING THEATER Our Ewing Theater has a more industrial feel with polished concrete floors, exposed concrete and white washed walls, leather wrapped columns and groovy, adjustable LED color lighting. The theater also has a false wall that can be used to separate the space into two smaller spaces, perfect for workshops or as a way to separate your welcome cocktails and ceremony. COURTYARD The Courtyard is Block 41’s secret garden, tucked into the heart of busy Belltown. It is a landscaped garden of delights, from the whimsical “Greetings” mural by graffiti artist Victor Vong to the magically illuminated stainless steel fence created by artist Stephen Hirt. The Bert & Tot Ballroom merges seamlessly with the Courtyard through a large glass roll-up door.
