Cancellations

7.1 If notified between date of signing & fifteen (15) business days in advance of your event: 25% of the greater of the Guaranteed Spend or the Estimated Spend. 7.2 If notified between fourteen (14) business days & seven (7) business days in advance of your event: 50% of the greater of the Guaranteed Spend or the Estimated Spend. 7.3 If notified seven (7) business days or less in advance of the Event: 100% of the greater of the Guaranteed Spend or the Estimated Spend.
