Our property is a 32-acre private estate featuring luxurious accommodations in an estate mansion. We provide top-of-the-line amenities for our overnight guests, who enjoy pristine ocean views along with access to a chef’s kitchen and an outdoor pizza oven. The venue, located just steps from the estate house, is newly constructed with meticulous attention to detail, crafted with our couples in mind. The interior showcases stunning woodwork and stone accents and includes a spacious prep kitchen for added convenience. Just 2.5 miles from the town of Rockland, guests have easy access to hotels and some of midcoast Maine’s most iconic restaurants.

Our Favorite Vendors page features a list of recommended caterers, but you are welcome to choose your own. The only requirements are that your caterer must be licensed, provide proof of insurance, and adhere to our reasonable policies. For their convenience, we offer a prep kitchen with a separate entrance, equipped with commercial refrigerators, a three-bay sink, and stainless steel countertops throughout. Additionally, any bar service must also be licensed and insured.

Guest Access
The entire event venue is ADA compliant, with a ground-level entrance and accessible restrooms. The main level of the mansion is accessible, but the upper level is only accessible by stairs.
Cleaning and Trash Removal
Your caterer and other vendors are responsible for either removing their trash from the property or depositing it in our outdoor trash dumpster. Ash Point Estate will handle the general cleaning of the venue before and after your event.
