We offer a curated selection of Domaine Eden and Mount Eden Vineyards wines, with a wine minimum based on guest count. While we don’t provide in-house catering, outside food is welcome. A galley kitchen is available for light prep. You may select from our preferred caterers, or bring your own—non-preferred caterers are required to visit the property before confirming service. We also offer non-alcoholic beverages like lemonade and sparkling water.
Our venue is equipped with modern A/V features, including a 60-inch smart TV, outdoor speakers, and two microphones—ideal for presentations or toasts. We also provide an iPad connected to our sound system, allowing you to play your own curated Spotify playlist. Light live music is welcome, such as a solo guitarist or harpist, but we do not allow large bands or high-volume amplified music in order to maintain the serene atmosphere of our mountain setting.
-ADA Compliance: Our indoor hospitality space includes an ADA-compliant restroom and accessible entrances to ensure comfort and access for all guests. -Food Safety: All caterers—especially those not on our preferred vendor list—must preview the site to ensure proper service setup and food safety compliance. A galley kitchen is available for light prep only. -Alcohol Safety: Domaine Eden wines are poured by trained staff, and we promote responsible consumption at all events. Non-alcoholic beverages like lemonade and sparkling water are available upon request. -Noise & Environmental Guidelines: We allow light music only (solo musicians, acoustic sets) to maintain a peaceful environment and avoid disturbing surrounding wildlife and neighbors. -Cleanliness Standards: A professional cleaning fee is included in every rental to ensure that the space is thoroughly cleaned before and after each event.
Domaine Eden offers a spacious on-site parking lot for guests and vendors. Uber and Lyft do not service our location, so we strongly recommend carpooling or using our preferred shuttle providers for group transportation. Our private road is partially paved and partially unpaved, and AWD vehicles are encouraged. For safety reasons, all guest departures must occur by sundown, as the road is narrow and unlit.

Our event space is available seven days a week, with flexible scheduling for both weekday and weekend events. Weekday bookings are offered at a discounted rate. To ensure guest safety and maintain the natural serenity of our setting, all events must conclude by sundown, as there is no lighting on the private road leading down from the estate.
To maintain the peaceful nature of our mountain-top setting, only light acoustic music is permitted (e.g., solo guitar, harpist). Large bands or amplified music at high volumes are not allowed. All music must end by sundown in compliance with our noise policy.
In the event of a cancellation, the first deposit will only be refunded in full to CLIENT if MEE is notified of the cancellation request at least 7 days prior to the start of the event. For notification after this time and prior to 72 hours of the event date, MEE will refund 50% of the deposit. No refunds will be offered if a cancellation request by CLIENT is received within 72 hours of the event date.
We offer a 30-minute setup and 30-minute breakdown window included with your rental time. Load-in access is available the day of your event, and all vendor arrivals must be scheduled in advance. Please note that the road to the property is narrow and unlit—all setup and takedown must be completed before sundown to ensure guest and vendor safety.
Guests have exclusive access to both the indoor hospitality suite and the outdoor patio area during the reserved event window. The property is private and closed to the public during rentals, ensuring a peaceful, uninterrupted experience.
Limited day-of storage is available for personal items and vendor supplies during the event. Early drop-offs, overnight storage, and next-day pickups are not permitted due to our shared winery operations.
A cleaning fee (5% of the venue rental) is included in your contract to cover post-event cleaning. All personal items and vendor equipment must be removed at the end of the event. Trash and recycling bins are provided on-site for guest and vendor use.
All private events require a certificate of insurance (COI) naming Domaine Eden as an additional insured. Proof of coverage must be submitted prior to your event. Depending on event type and vendors, additional permits may be required and are the responsibility of the client or coordinator.
As a working winery, we are mindful of our environmental footprint. Domaine Eden practices sustainable farming methods and water conservation where possible. We encourage clients to work with eco-conscious vendors and reduce single-use items when planning events.
