LUME Studios is an immersive venue and experiential creative studio. Through the use of high end visual software, projection mapping and spatial audio we create mind-blowing environments that activate unforgettable experiences for our clients. Located at street-level in iconic Tribeca, LUME Studios is a unique white box venue that features 3,400 sq-ft of immersive events space over multiple levels. All rentals come with our full suite of A/V, furniture and technicians that will assist in bringing your event to life. Our venue is ideal for brand activations, retail pop-ups, product launches, corporate events, performances, private parties, and beyond. We are also a full service production and creative company that offers a wide range of services for our clients to launch the most impactful activations possible. As a creative team of industry experts across various mediums, we are a strong resource for clients to lean on for experiential creative and design. We understand our clients’ needs and speak the language of their audience. Through our collaborative approach and years of experience, LUME Studios has harnessed unique expertise - specializing in creating immersive and sharable experiences for brands and beyond.

We have storage available in our basement as well as across multiple upper floor lofts.
Cleaning and Trash Removal
Removal of normal amounts of trash is included in the venue rental. Excessive trash or junk from fabricated builds will need to be removed by the client, or a fee will apply.
Permits and Insurance
A special event liability COI is required.
