Producing an incentive next year at the Rosewood Mayakoba. I’m looking for a more bespoke DMC. They sent me over their preferred list, but wondering if any of you have a favorite. On their list is Tropical Incentives (worked with them in Cabo - but ended up finding things on my own), Amstar, Maritur and 4World Expeditions.

We will have about 50 people. TY!!

Happy Friday Everyone! I have two asks on this Friday evening. 1- Have any of you planned a meeting at an all-inclusive resort, and particularly one in Mexico or the Caribbean? And if so would you be willing to talk with me about any tips, learnings, or words of advice on the difference with planning at an all-inclusive? 2 - Do you know any Spanish speaking, great freelance planners?
