We have - this is how we understand it.

They are starting to charge an "organizer fee" on all events with 25 tickets or more. Any event with less than 25 tickets will be free.

This is a new fee that will be on top of the processing fee which is based on how much you charge for your tickets.

Correct. They are shifting to charge a small fee for all events. The only exception is super small events - less than 25 and free.

If it’s a free event but over 25, you’ll pay the organizer fee but not the ticket fee or % for credit card since those fees wouldn’t apply to your free event.

@EventPlanner789 do you see an option to live chat customer support? Usually its by a ❓ icon indicating help. I use that function all the time and its the quickest way to get assistance - but not sure if everyone has access to it
