Where to Host a Sleek and Sexy Event in NYC?

Hi all! Looking for recommendations for NYC rooftop venues that feel sexy and sleek with a "the place to be" vibe - but are not hotel rooftops (or at the very least, have a separate entrance to the venue vs the hotel); about 100-150 guests. Thanks!
