Who Provides Excellent Interactive Food Stations Catering in NYC?

anyone have a caterer they love in nyc that does interactive stations (sushi, sliders, etc.)? all the ones i’ve been quoted are not hearty enough / too artistically-driven

Which NYC Food Vendors are Suitable for Summer Events?
