Hi! Looking for a cool event venue in Boston Back Bay Area for 50-60 people for a day event (presentations and networking). Looking for something somewhat raw with exposed brick and client wants to stay away from a hotel. This is a 1/2 day roadshow type of event. Anything come to mind for anyone?

Hi all! I’m looking into venues in Nashville to host a 1 day meeting for about 120 people - NO HOTELS. We need (2) breakout rooms along with a general session space (this year the group was at Acme Feed and Seed, but need a better breakout set up for 2024).

The added challenge is that we are also hoping to host a concert the night before or night of the event nearby or onsite for about 200-250 people. Any recommended venues or parts of Nashville to look at for either portion of the event would be amazing!

Hello planners, we have some very important customers coming to visit us and we want to give them the red carpet treatment, they are only here for on day 10-2pm. They are high level and we are looking for a nice regional gift to give them, something they will hold onto. They are from PA. We are from NE/Boston area. We do not want to do alcohol or wine or food. We need to keep in mind they are flying and will get on a plane. Any ideas of what to give these high level executives as a thank you for visiting gift? Every year for our annual event we give out a water bottle, pen, and notebook, so it’s very much expected by our execs and attendees BUT I’m trying to figure out a way to make this more sustainable. Any recs on how to encourage people bring their own water bottles or take notes electronically or something? Would be a nice to have to be able to move the budget, but mostly feels almost like a waste to give the same things each year when we have decent retention
