Where Can Senior Scientists Hold a Retreat in Massachusetts?
Hi All looking for recommendations to host a retreat for our senior scientists (30 total) in Massachusetts, not on Cape Cod, in October. I am having trouble finding a location that offers amenities (guest rooms, AV) that does not double as a massive resort. Any recs?

Middle of the road luxury. Need amenities but need to be mindful of optics and sustainable practices. We hosted our Board Meeting at the Warren Center, which was good but they don't follow sustainable practices with food and energy unfortunately but a great team!

I would check out the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester. Nice, smaller hotel on the water with meeting spaces, guest rooms, restaurant, etc.

Opal resorts has some stuff up in the Berkshires/Maine/Adrondiaks that may work for you. I dont know about their sustainability practices.
