What are some recommended event spaces in US cities?
Hi friends, looking for a stylish/cool space for events in a few cities in the US:
• NYC
• Chicago
• Austin
• Los Angeles
Hosting a meet-up with 100pax in each city. Food and Drinks + Tech included. Any recommendations?

In Austin - what's your budget as there's lots of spaces that can easily accommodate 100 for F&B + tech but your budget will determine where you should be; also you have to be in Downtown or can you be in North Austin like in the Domain area (which is like our Uptown area)?

Here are some examples to look into to give me a better idea of what vibe you're trying to accomplish - some are restaurants and some our venues that you have to bring in your own F&B. Also how long you plan to use the space will also affect your budget.
• 800 Congress
• Vuka in both East Austin & North Austin
• Sunset Room
• The Thompson Hotel is re-doing their old space called Wax Myrtle - not sure when you are trying to meet but should be done in the next few weeks

We held our 2024 sales kickoff at the Austin Thompson and it was amazing. While Wax Myrtles is in a transition, we were still able to use the space. The food, service, AV and communication with their team was impeccable. Highly reccommend!

Where Can I Find Unique Large Event Venues in NY and LA?
I'm looking for venues in NY and LA that have space for a half or full day conference for 200-250 people with room for breakouts and production space. We know the usual suspects (Convene, Glasshouse, major hotel chains, etc.) but wondering if there is anything else we may not know of. Bonus if LA venues have outdoor space. Thanks!

Where to Find Large Party Venues in Manhattan with Catering?
Hi all — does anyone have reccos of party venues that fit ~900 people? Few notes:
• Targeting Manhattan
• Huge pro if they have in-house catering
• Looking for something more laid back (bar, restaurant) vs a Cipriani/Tao/Capitale. We were at Pier60 this year, which was great, but we like to switch it up 🙂

Where Can You Host a NYCxDesign 2024 Event for 50 Guests?
Hey! Can anyone think of a space that would work for a half day event with presentations and a mini exhibition for about 50 ppl? Preferably a venue that would have a lobby area for the exhibition and a presentation room with AV tech inhouse (not a huge budget). This is for May 2024 and a side event for NYCxDesign 2024. There’s been initial talks of Williamsburg as a location but it could be in Manhattan too. Happy to hear any suggestions for exciting venues so thanks in advance!
