Where to Find the Best Event Venues in Chicago and Seattle?
I'm back with another venue recommendation request. I'm a one-woman field marketing team and this group has been so helpful, I cannot thank you enough 💕 I'm looking for Chicago and Seattle venues for an event next month and would love some recos. Details below 🥰

Event format: Content: Presentation + Panel + Breakouts + dinner
Run-of-Show:
4:30 - 5:00 | Cocktails, apps + networking
5:00 - 5:05| Introduction + welcome
*5:05 - 5:20*| Lightning Talk: Presentation
5:20 - 5:50 | Client Spotlight: Panel
5:50 - 6:40 | Breakout discussion groups (need to be able to break out into 6 groups of 10 or 10 groups of 6 in the same room)
6:40 - 8:20 | Dinner + networking
8:20 - 8:30 | Conclusion, thank you’s wrap up
AV Requirements:
• 1 monitor OR screen + projector
• 4 wireless microphones
• Adapter for Macbook Pro
• iPad w/pre-built playlist for background noise or speakers
• Dedicated onsite support

We have our roadshow at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue but not sure you need something so large. as we were planning fro 150-200 attendees I can share our research we did for the event below:

Where Can You Host Large Concerts in Seattle?
Hi everyone! I am looking for concert venues / event spaces in Seattle area to host 2,500 - 3,000 guests for a concert. Existing stage or space for full build, space for dance floor, food & beverage stations, lounge areas, etc. Indoor preferred but can build a tent if outdoor. Is Spin in Chicago a Great Choice for Corporate Events?
Not a "new" venue, but it is definitely a venue that pleasantly surprised me last week- I hosted a group of 50 people for a lunch & learn + cocktail reception in Chicago at Spin, and we had a WONDERFUL experience. I usually select more traditional event spaces like hotels for this style of corporate event, but everything from the food quality to the existing furniture around the space and the service pre and during was 10/10. I primarily chose this venue because of the location, but I also wanted to host a fun activity after the meeting to keep attendees around for my sales team. Spin was perfect on all fronts! The company I work for is high-growth SAAS, so the edgy design was totally fine for us. I've attached a few of my pictures from the event here.

What are Ideal Nashville Venues for Large Meetings and Concerts?
Hi all! I’m looking into venues in Nashville to host a 1 day meeting for about 120 people - NO HOTELS. We need (2) breakout rooms along with a general session space (this year the group was at Acme Feed and Seed, but need a better breakout set up for 2024).
The added challenge is that we are also hoping to host a concert the night before or night of the event nearby or onsite for about 200-250 people. Any recommended venues or parts of Nashville to look at for either portion of the event would be amazing!

Where Can I Get Custom Pins on a Tight Deadline?
Does anyone have a recommendation for a vendor who can super rush a custom pin order? I need a crossed flag pin (like this) but custom with two flags that don't normally go together. I need the pins by Feb 15 so this is a super tight turnaround. I normally use Pin Mart but they don't do rush orders.
