Which Manhattan Venues are Ideal for B2C Tech Events?

Hi NYC fam, any recs for a venue in Manhattan next fall (preferably Midtown, Soho somewhere convenient) that has

-a conference space for 200 people

-a few breakout spaces

-an area for a cool happy hour- like a rooftop?

We are a tech company, audience would be B2C marketers.

We've done an event at https://www.230-fifth.com/ already so that one is out.

If you’re open to a white box space in Chelsea, check out 548 West. They have a roof that can be tented and breakout rooms created on a separate floor. If you’d like an intro, please LMK.

Where to Find Large Party Venues in Manhattan with Catering?

Hi all — does anyone have reccos of party venues that fit ~900 people? Few notes:

• Targeting Manhattan

• Huge pro if they have in-house catering

• Looking for something more laid back (bar, restaurant) vs a Cipriani/Tao/Capitale. We were at Pier60 this year, which was great, but we like to switch it up 🙂

Where Can I Find Female-Owned Event Venues with Natural Light in NYC?

Looking for a NYC venue in Meatpacking or Chelsea to accommodate 150 theater style with a separate lunch and reception space. Natural light is a must. Female owners/affiliation a plus.

What: Jean Paul Gaultier PRIDE

Where: NYC

When: June 2023

Who: 1000+ VIPS, CELEBS, INFLUENCERS, + CUSTOM DISCO BUS

Event objectives:

• Help JPG activate during pride week. SOW included street teams, branded VIP dinner, Custom builds, After party at the Fluer Room, Gifting Suite and a Custom Double Decker Roving Disco Party for Madonna's Splashy Show at Terminal 5

How we showed up:

• Complete branding and design as well as event management and production

What went well: I was really surprised just how cool the tricked out roving double decker disco party came out.
