What are Unique VIP Event Ideas in NYC for July?
Any good recs for an experiential portion of an event for vp/c level in NYC in July for roughly 350 people? Think highly elevated, hip, and exclusive.

2 hours; during HH post content/full day conference. Space is TBD but likely a 10 x 10' footprint min

HERE was a fun idea we did for Lyft back in 2019 that you could do a smaller version of. Create an eye catching wall which is maybe tied to the event theme. Allow people to leave messages or thoughts about something and watch the wall fill up. Creates a cool photo moment and also left guests feeling like they were part of something.

Concept here was everyone got a tag with a flower that they could leave why Life was Beautiful to them, and they could add to the wall. Doesn't have to be this but something like this concept is quick, fun, engaging and create an opportunity to capture a moment from the event

What Are Some Unique Opener Ideas for an Awards Dinner?
Happy Thursday!
I am looking for ideas for a WOW opener for an awards dinner. Ideally we would like this to be no more then 5-15 mins. long.
Examples of what we have done in the past:
· Barcelona- we had flamingo dancers come in from all entry points of the room
· During Covid- We had the families record a short video to the award winners
Any and all ideas are welcomed!
