Hi everyone, Im currently looking for a new swag provider that handles all inventory storage and shipping. My team typically support 250~ events a year so need a vendor that can handle of lot of shipping logistics. I’ve looked at Creative Promo and Canary, Any others that people have worked with and would recommend?
Hi Lena,
I've had 10+ years of good experiences with Melissa Chessare <[email hidden]> Club Colors
You can let them know I sent you.
PMS: [email hidden]
I’m working with canary right now :) but not sure if they do storage . If you order a lot of the same stuff in bulk then I recommend printfection- good for basics and easy ordering repeat items in bulk - lmk
I am still very much happy with Republic Promo; they are based out of Austin, Texas but they deliver/ship everywhere and store as long you tell them in advance how many items. And I love their response time and prices. Lisa Smith is the owner and she'll assign you a rep if you're interested - [email hidden] and just tell her Cindy with RED VELVET sent you her way so she knows your legit as she too is focused on people that get creative and impactful promo items 🙂
I work with Phase3 for our warehousing and swag orders and will say they are always accommodating when we have last minute rush requests! Based in NJ and can typically get orders out within 24-48 hrs. Contact is Michael Monk [email hidden]
I have also worked with Brilliant on many swag orders, but have not utilized for storage and drop shipping, however, I know they offer. There portal is so user friendly and love the process of creating new items with them! Contact there is Claire: [email hidden]
Thank you everyone!
Hello!! I am looking for a US swag vendor that is FANTASTIC at logistics/shipping. We sadly have had quite a few hiccups with our current vendor on the shipping and fulfillment side so wanted to see if anyone has a vendor they recommend. Asks are that they can hold all inventory and that they have the functionality of a 'store' for us to place orders from. Thanks!

My team is looking for color changing cups for an event in late May. We don’t want stadium cups or regular tumblers. We were hoping for for something a little nicer/unique (maybe something like this TikTok. Any recommendations? Thanks!
I’m looking for custom wrapping paper, but just a solid color. I’ve found lots of websites that allow me to upload an image for a custom print but none that let me choose a solid PMS color for a couple rolls. Any advice?
Also, related, I’m looking for nice customized satin ribbons (using my company logo). I know I can get this on a site like Zazzle but if anyone here has had a good personal experience I’d love recommendations.
Hi Everyone! I just joined this slack today and it has already been so helpful. A couple of questions for upcoming events I have:
Anyone know somewhere fun for 20-30 people in Little Rock, Arkansas? Looking for somewhere that serves food along with some type of activity.
We make welcome bags for our annual Partnership event every year with a budget of around $200 per bag. This year the event is in Palm Springs and we are looking for new things to put in the bags other than drinking cups, speakers, and the things that are overused. We need them to be gender neutral and no sizing involved, as they aren't customized per person. We also like to add a tech item. Last year we did branded Ember mugs. Let me know if you have any new ideas your companies have been using. Thanks!!
Hi All.. does anyone have a swag recommendation for the following (i've searched the thread but no luck):
• 3 x options (a backpack, duffle weekender and a tote that works for a laptop)
• Leather if possible but most likely too expensive, so faux leather if not
• Sustainable if possible, but if not at this stage then we are aware on timelines
• Backpack reference image below
• 400 x units (can be a mix of all 3 items)
• Cost per item - $100-$130 including branding
• Delivery to New York by 28th September
Question for the group! Right now at my job, all of our swag/collateral/materials is being kept in the basement of our office building and manually shipped out to trade shows and events by someone in-office. Does anyone have a storage/warehousing/shipping/fulfillment service that they love? Basically I'm looking for a company that will warehouse all of our stuff + provide a portal where we can log in and select items to ship out.
Hi all! Looking for sustainable swag ideas that are not water bottles. 🌱
Hi! Has anyone used Nadel for swag? Deciding between them and Canary for our flagship giveaways
Hey everyone! Hope you're all having a great start to the week! I am looking for a premium swag company in California. The event I'm working on is an exclusive dining experience with a renowned chef so we need luxury branded items to be gifts for the guests as well as dressing, think embossed leather aprons, dish towels, blankets, napkins etc.
I'm based in London so have little experience with companies based out of California to have complete confidence in the quality I would be getting so any first hand recommendations would be really appreciated! Also, open to companies based elsewhere in North America as shipping is an option and would be cheaper than shipping from the UK. Thanks!
Hi Guys, I am working on a new event that is 100% sustainable. Who are your sustainable vendors you like?

Hi! I am looking for an upscale, classy venue in Downtown Denver for a formal dinner that can fit 250 guests seated. The venue will need to fit a stage, dance floor etc. If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them, thanks in advance 😃
Looking for restaurant recommendations that are open on a Sunday night (7:30 PM), mid-to-upscale for ~9 people in San Francisco (ideally downtown-ish area). Some of the places I've found that look great aren't open on Sundays!

Hi friends, looking for a stylish/cool space for events in a few cities in the US:
• NYC
• Chicago
• Austin
• Los Angeles
Hosting a meet-up with 100pax in each city. Food and Drinks + Tech included. Any recommendations?
Does anyone have a restaurant recommendation in downtown Austin (55 pax)? Somewhere with either a private event room or smaller spot for full buy-out.
