Where Can You Host a NYCxDesign 2024 Event for 50 Guests?

Hey! Can anyone think of a space that would work for a half day event with presentations and a mini exhibition for about 50 ppl? Preferably a venue that would have a lobby area for the exhibition and a presentation room with AV tech inhouse (not a huge budget). This is for May 2024 and a side event for NYCxDesign 2024. There’s been initial talks of Williamsburg as a location but it could be in Manhattan too. Happy to hear any suggestions for exciting venues so thanks in advance!

Well the 1 hotel in Williamsburg is amazing and Jazz at Lincoln Center has great space with central park views but both might be out of your budget if it's small.

I'm hosting an event at Second next week and that's a really cool space with air walls so it won't feel too big for your group. It even has an electronic billboard across the courtyard that you can use and your guests can see it from your event space. Brand teams love it.

You can also look into the new Virgin Hotel- not super exciting but it's new so that's exciting!

I also really like Legacy Records and it's easier to get to now with the Hudson yards train stop.

Where Can You Find Private Dining Rooms for Small Groups in NYC?

Hi! Does anyone know of any impressive private dining rooms for just 20 ppl in NYC? Its a bit smaller than I'm used to planning for and everything I'm thinking of is way too big. Thinking somewhere with great views (Columbus Circle, Hudson Yards) with an equally impressive dining room and F&B. Open to Brooklyn too.
