Agree Convene is a nice spot and large enough where you dont feel suffocated in all day conference

I think company ventures may have space as well (but that might be more for 200 people)

@EventPlanner900 Does it need to be a sitdown lunch? We’re using SECOND NYC for an event for 250 - but our lunch is a networking lunch.

I am looking for some event venue options in Manhattan - ideally with the capacity of 250-300 people theater style (space for meals) and a minimum of 2 breakout rooms. We prefer not totally raw spaces. Any ideas for me 🙂

Where Can You Host a NYCxDesign 2024 Event for 50 Guests?

Hey! Can anyone think of a space that would work for a half day event with presentations and a mini exhibition for about 50 ppl? Preferably a venue that would have a lobby area for the exhibition and a presentation room with AV tech inhouse (not a huge budget). This is for May 2024 and a side event for NYCxDesign 2024. There’s been initial talks of Williamsburg as a location but it could be in Manhattan too. Happy to hear any suggestions for exciting venues so thanks in advance!

Where Can You Find a Broadcast-Friendly Warehouse Venue in NYC?

Hi NYC peeps - I'm on the hunt for a venue in either Manhattan or Brooklyn that has built in broadcast capabilities. Our client loves a warehouse vibe but not a lot of AV or broadcast capabilities are going to be built in there. Why built-in? Cost savings -- my hope is that if I find a place that has some of our broadcast needs built in it will save us some money on our overall outside AV costs. I've been in touch with Convene already but would love any suggestions you may have. Thanks!

Anyone know if DC venues for 150 pax similar to Convene? We have been in hotels before but the client liked the all in aspect of Convene in NYC. We have a fixed date and their DC location isn’t available. Thank you!
