if you're on a budget, check out https://candidly.com/corporate - they are HQ out of Austin but they technically have photographers in all the major US Cities

and can you clarify are you looking for a photographer to capture the setup/production, candid shots of your guests or be a traveling a photo booth be/c we have quite a few options in Austin that are great for this latter part too that just focus on step & repeat wall activations + photographer

@EventPlanner179 we’ve typically paid in the $200-$500/hour range, but since it is only a 2-3 hour event, I realize that’s not a big gig
