We are looking for a new agency to help us print, store and ship our promotional items and trade show supplies. Must haves are:

• US based

• Transparent pricing

• Super responsive - via email, texting, willing to hop on calls if needed

• Able to support multiple divisions within the same company and manage invoicing those divisions separately

• Easy to use inventory management platform

• Able to source creative, unique items (so I'm not spending my evenings doing their job for them 🫠 )

Would prefer to hear from others with recommendations rather than being pitched directly.

We sadly have had quite a few hiccups with our current vendor on the shipping and fulfillment side so wanted to see if anyone has a vendor they recommend. I’m looking for custom wrapping paper, but just a solid color. I’ve found lots of websites that allow me to upload an image for a custom print but none that let me choose a solid PMS color for a couple rolls. Any advice?

Also, related, I’m looking for nice customized satin ribbons (using my company logo). I know I can get this on a site like Zazzle but if anyone here has had a good personal experience I’d love recommendations.

We make welcome bags for our annual Partnership event every year with a budget of around $200 per bag. This year the event is in Palm Springs and we are looking for new things to put in the bags other than drinking cups, speakers, and the things that are overused. We need them to be gender neutral and no sizing involved, as they aren't customized per person. We also like to add a tech item. Last year we did branded Ember mugs. Hi everyone! Would love some recommendations on sustainable/eco-friendly alternatives to lanyards and name badges. I've seen some badges made of seed paper and lanyards made of recycled plastic bottles but feel like the options out there are limited. Our badge vendor's eco-badges are "recycleable" but i'm looking for something that's made from recycled materials or biodegradable that still looks polished. I'm also looking for a more sustainable or eco friendly version of the typical avery 3x4 badges. We try to collect badges at the end of events and reuse the plastic slips, but I'd love to eliminate the use of plastic all together while still having the option to brand the badge.

We're about 2200 people in regions from India to China to Spain and the US so finding items I can make locally, since shipping into some regions isn't feasible option, is challenging.

Are any of you also running internal recognition programs that have a high level of customization by region like this?

The event I'm working on is an exclusive dining experience with a renowned chef so we need luxury branded items to be gifts for the guests as well as dressing, think embossed leather aprons, dish towels, blankets, napkins etc.

Every year for our annual event we give out a water bottle, pen, and notebook, so it’s very much expected by our execs and attendees BUT I’m trying to figure out a way to make this more sustainable. Any recs on how to encourage people bring their own water bottles or take notes electronically or something? Would be a nice to have to be able to move the budget, but mostly feels almost like a waste to give the same things each year when we have decent retention
