Hi All.. does anyone have a swag recommendation for the following (i've searched the thread but no luck):
• 3 x options (a backpack, duffle weekender and a tote that works for a laptop)
• Leather if possible but most likely too expensive, so faux leather if not
• Sustainable if possible, but if not at this stage then we are aware on timelines
• Backpack reference image below
• 400 x units (can be a mix of all 3 items)
• Cost per item - $100-$130 including branding
• Delivery to New York by 28th September
@EventPlanner910 highly recommend Whitestone especially since you have a fast turnaround. They have a ton of connections and have acted in a crunch plenty of times for us. [email hidden] at whitestone has been immensely helpful with our swag needs over the years. we give Peak Design backpacks in addition to a ton of apparel.
thank you so much!
also try canary or imprint engine
not sure about turnaround but our team did Rains backpacks customized and loveddd them. seems like this place will customize them: https://www.cloveandtwine.com/products/rains-msn-bag
or @EventPlanner317 how did you get those made for us?
you guys are the actual best
Highly recommend Rains. They sent them to their embosser directly from their warehouse to get imprinted with our logo on them. Very high quality and affordable. Not leather but a cool waterproof material that feels very premium.
thanks Carter, I am going to email them directly now
They send them to C&S Hotstamping for the branding which is in NJ I think - [email hidden]
thank you thank you
Hey @EventPlanner910! I got these made recently from a team in India. The receivers left a positive feedback. Let me know if you would like to connect with the POC
I just wrote this to Jessica, but thank you all for these recommendations, they were all amazing, and SO responsive. They turned gorgeous presentations in under 24 hours. Thanks again!

Hello!! I am looking for a US swag vendor that is FANTASTIC at logistics/shipping. We sadly have had quite a few hiccups with our current vendor on the shipping and fulfillment side so wanted to see if anyone has a vendor they recommend. Asks are that they can hold all inventory and that they have the functionality of a 'store' for us to place orders from. Thanks!
Hi all! Looking for sustainable swag ideas that are not water bottles. 🌱
Hi! Has anyone used Nadel for swag? Deciding between them and Canary for our flagship giveaways
Hi everyone, Im currently looking for a new swag provider that handles all inventory storage and shipping. My team typically support 250~ events a year so need a vendor that can handle of lot of shipping logistics. I’ve looked at Creative Promo and Canary, Any others that people have worked with and would recommend?

What quality swag have you guys seen so far this year? Looking for inspiration for an event in May. We'll have a few items at our booth and then a VIP experience in our suite.
Hey everyone! Hope you're all having a great start to the week! I am looking for a premium swag company in California. The event I'm working on is an exclusive dining experience with a renowned chef so we need luxury branded items to be gifts for the guests as well as dressing, think embossed leather aprons, dish towels, blankets, napkins etc.
I'm based in London so have little experience with companies based out of California to have complete confidence in the quality I would be getting so any first hand recommendations would be really appreciated! Also, open to companies based elsewhere in North America as shipping is an option and would be cheaper than shipping from the UK. Thanks!
Hi All, Does anyone have a vendor they have worked with on high-end custom swag items for guests/donors?
Hi Guys, I am working on a new event that is 100% sustainable. Who are your sustainable vendors you like?

Hi! I am looking for an upscale, classy venue in Downtown Denver for a formal dinner that can fit 250 guests seated. The venue will need to fit a stage, dance floor etc. If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them, thanks in advance 😃

Looking for restaurant recommendations that are open on a Sunday night (7:30 PM), mid-to-upscale for ~9 people in San Francisco (ideally downtown-ish area). Some of the places I've found that look great aren't open on Sundays!
