Question for the group! Right now at my job, all of our swag/collateral/materials is being kept in the basement of our office building and manually shipped out to trade shows and events by someone in-office. Does anyone have a storage/warehousing/shipping/fulfillment service that they love? Basically I'm looking for a company that will warehouse all of our stuff + provide a portal where we can log in and select items to ship out.
At my old company we used this vendor, but I didn't love working with them. Just having a hard time finding something comparable!
Yes! Brilliant Made was our VOR at Samsara as an enterprise company and I use them now as an agency, for our needs and our clients. They are great!! Feel free to reach out to [email hidden] for more details and mention I passed you their way. Their website is super informative as well.
I second Brilliant!
I've used a handful of others and was the driver for the RFP process at Samsara, here is a copy of the evaluation I had put together if it's helpful at all!
thank you!!!
Kenna Group is also amazing! They've created many online swag portals and programs for companies like Match Group, Google, Sephora, etc. They also have Bad Design an unlimited design subscription for any creative work needed. Highly recommend. You can email [email hidden] - he's the best!
Reachdesk is used by my current client. So far it’s alright. They have warehouses in every region + portals + you can order/send merch/SWAG through them. One con I ran to so far is that the warehouse lost one of the packages (tablecloths) from the previous event. But they offered to cover production and shipping of the new ones which is very nice and helpful!
I’m looking for custom wrapping paper, but just a solid color. I’ve found lots of websites that allow me to upload an image for a custom print but none that let me choose a solid PMS color for a couple rolls. Any advice?
Also, related, I’m looking for nice customized satin ribbons (using my company logo). I know I can get this on a site like Zazzle but if anyone here has had a good personal experience I’d love recommendations.
Hi all - looking for a high end swag vendor for 2 different VIP groups, 30 people total. Client also has a very tight turnaround time. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Hi Everyone! I just joined this slack today and it has already been so helpful. A couple of questions for upcoming events I have:
Anyone know somewhere fun for 20-30 people in Little Rock, Arkansas? Looking for somewhere that serves food along with some type of activity.
We make welcome bags for our annual Partnership event every year with a budget of around $200 per bag. This year the event is in Palm Springs and we are looking for new things to put in the bags other than drinking cups, speakers, and the things that are overused. We need them to be gender neutral and no sizing involved, as they aren't customized per person. We also like to add a tech item. Last year we did branded Ember mugs. Let me know if you have any new ideas your companies have been using. Thanks!!

Looking for restaurant recommendations that are open on a Sunday night (7:30 PM), mid-to-upscale for ~9 people in San Francisco (ideally downtown-ish area). Some of the places I've found that look great aren't open on Sundays!

Hi everyone, hope all is well! I’m in the market for a new venue in downtown Seattle and looking for recommendations. A small - mid-size space that could fit ~ 50 people banquet style, ideally with in-house catering & AV but not a deal-breaker if either have to be outsourced! Any recs will be much appreciated 🙂
