Im not sure how we got on this list, (we’ve had about 5 inquiries in the last 20 min).
We are actually a digital marketing agency and a client is doing an onsite laser engraving for their event that we just helped organize. We don't actually do laser engraving.
For more insight, we purchased them a laser engraver from Xtool.com (The F1 which is a portable engraver) and then a bunch of blank product from Amazon that they will be engraving themselves onsite.
Do you by chance have Kaitlynne’s email address that I can reach out to get this updated, so we can ensure we aren’t misleading anyone?

I LOVE this idea of laser engraving so also looking for someone who can do it at a live event in Nov in Napa! I'll do some research and let ya'll know what I discover. 🙂
Mike also just emailed me as well after weeks of telling us his company "offered" this service for an activation they are executing onsite in 2 weeks for a large event... (glad i found out about it now to double check COI's...), but here is what he just told me, which may help you all:

I have some insurance work ahead of me tonight, but it looks like this is a good option
I'm happy to help consult your colleagues and get them ready to go if you’d like to pass that on. For our client we charged $5500 for the activation idea, training to use the laser and some product ideas.
If they would like to take it on themselves here is what we did for our client.
Purchased the F1 laser engraver from Xtool - https://www.xtool.com/products/xtool-f1
Both the purifier and the RA2 Pro are also necessary
Purchased a ton of different merchandise off amazon, and tested them internally to ensure everything engraves properly.
Trained our client on how to use the engraver
The client then used the engraver to engrave their logo on all the product before the event
So now when they go to the event they are fully equipped to do custom engraving onsite. The program etc. extremely easy to use with a very minimal learning curve.

She traveled to 18 cities internationally last year and would likelt to do more in 2024. She is looking for a reputable travel agent (for flights and hotels) to support her and possibly her team. does anyone have a solution they love for booking appointment slots at an event (e.g. office hours where people can book a 20 minute slot, or headshots where someone can book one of five availabilities in a given time slot)?
everything i’ve experimented with is pretty clunky for this use case. whether it’s something more meetings-focused like calendly or doodle or something more services-focused like setmore or picktime, they’re all more suited to showing ongoing availability rather than something one-time.
any great options that i’m missing?

Hi All.. does anyone have a swag recommendation for the following (i've searched the thread but no luck):
• 3 x options (a backpack, duffle weekender and a tote that works for a laptop)
• Leather if possible but most likely too expensive, so faux leather if not
• Sustainable if possible, but if not at this stage then we are aware on timelines
• Backpack reference image below
