What are Good Venues for Corporate Summits in Denver and Seattle?

hey folks! Does anyone have recommendations for venues in the Denver or Seattle areas? Looking to host 100-125 c-levels for an annual summit. Not too fancy, but has to be nice. Needs natural light, 1 main keynote room and at least 1 breakout, prefer to have some access to outside (for meals etc.). Looking for a retreat vibe. Thanks in advance!

Also, Denver has incentives right now for booking events -

This provides a 10% rebate up to $100,000 to the group if the total spend is above $35,000. The link above gives all the needed information on how to apply and get approved! Who Can Assist with Executive Wine Industry Travels?

👋 All, A friend of mine is an executive in the wine industry in Napa. She is looking for a travel agent who can help with booking her travel including hotel. She traveled to 18 cities internationally last year and would likelt to do more in 2024. She is looking for a reputable travel agent (for flights and hotels) to support her and possibly her team. What is the Best Tool for Scheduling Event Appointments?

does anyone have a solution they love for booking appointment slots at an event (e.g. office hours where people can book a 20 minute slot, or headshots where someone can book one of five availabilities in a given time slot)?

everything i’ve experimented with is pretty clunky for this use case. whether it’s something more meetings-focused like calendly or doodle or something more services-focused like setmore or picktime, they’re all more suited to showing ongoing availability rather than something one-time.

any great options that i’m missing?

What Are the Best Swag Options for New York Delivery?

Hi All.. does anyone have a swag recommendation for the following (i've searched the thread but no luck):

• 3 x options (a backpack, duffle weekender and a tote that works for a laptop)

• Leather if possible but most likely too expensive, so faux leather if not

• Sustainable if possible, but if not at this stage then we are aware on timelines

• Backpack reference image below

• 400 x units (can be a mix of all 3 items)

• Cost per item - $100-$130 including branding

• Delivery to New York by 28th September
