Hi all! We have two events in New York, Nov 29 and Dec 6, and the hotel rates started high and have reached crazy high levels. Attendees pay their own hotel and we don't do blocks for these smaller meetings. I expected the rates to be higher due to proximity to holidays but even the most basic hotels are at $1000/night. Any creative ideas for how to help our attendees find something reasonable? Hidden gems with miracle prices? Stay outside the city and offer a shuttle? I am open to anything!

Hi Everyone! Looking for cool teambuilding activities possibly in a park setting near the LINE Hotel in Austin for next February 2024 for 150 attendees. I know that Republic Square is close by and could do a picnic and activity but would also love to know of some close by team building activities that we could do outside of the hotel during the conference that are not too far away.

She doesn't want a corporate space or standard hotel, and wants it to have some sort of access to nature. Their budget is about $600/day. Hi all! I’m looking into venues in Nashville to host a 1 day meeting for about 120 people - NO HOTELS. We need (2) breakout rooms along with a general session space (this year the group was at Acme Feed and Seed, but need a better breakout set up for 2024).
